These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QR Links, operated by QR Links LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

QR Links provides short links, QR codes and related analytics. Features depend on your subscription plan and may change over time. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Plans, payments & renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period. Wallet deposits and plan charges are shown on your billing page and invoiced where applicable. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. When a paid plan lapses, a grace period applies before the account returns to the free tier; links above the free-tier limit are paused (not deleted) and are restored on upgrade.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the destinations you link to. You grant us the technical permissions needed to operate the service (storing your links, redirecting visitors, generating QR codes, recording analytics).

5. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your links at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your links stop redirecting.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Links LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
