Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QR Links, operated by FINORIOUS LIMITED ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
QR Links provides short links, QR codes, hosted content pages — including business pages, digital menus with optional visitor ordering, appointment booking pages, forms, link-in-bio pages, digital CVs and WiFi access codes — together with related analytics and programmatic interfaces. Features depend on your subscription plan and may change over time. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Plans, payments & renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period. You can pay by card (via Stripe or Viva.com), PayPal, or manual bank transfer, and from your wallet balance; deposits and plan charges are shown on your billing page and invoiced where applicable, including any tax we are required to collect. When a paid plan lapses, a grace period applies before the account returns to the free tier; links above the free-tier limit are paused (not deleted) and are restored on upgrade.
Auto-renew subscriptions. If you enable auto-renew for a monthly or annual plan, your chosen payment method is charged automatically at the start of each new period and the plan renews, until you cancel. You can cancel auto-renew at any time from your billing page; cancelling stops future charges, and the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for. For some payment methods a renewal is initiated by us on your behalf, using the payment credential you authorised for recurring use.
Switching between monthly or annual plans (including downgrading to the free plan) credits the unused remaining days of your current plan, at its current daily rate, to your wallet balance — you only pay the difference when upgrading, and a downgrade is effectively a self-service refund. A credit note is issued for every such credit, alongside a regular invoice for any new charge. If you have an active auto-renew subscription and switch to a different plan or billing cycle, that subscription is automatically cancelled as part of the switch — you can start a new one for the new plan at any time from the billing page.
Lifetime plans are non-refundable and cannot be downgraded — there is no fair way to calculate partial usage for a one-time, unlimited-duration purchase. The only switch available from a lifetime plan is to a higher-priced lifetime plan, crediting the full price you already paid toward the new one. If you are unsure whether a lifetime plan is right for you, try the service on the free, monthly or annual plan first.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the destinations you link to. You grant us the technical permissions needed to operate the service (storing your links, redirecting visitors, generating QR codes, recording analytics).
5. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your links at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your links stop redirecting.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FINORIOUS LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
