Referral Programme Terms
Last updated: 09/09/2026
These terms apply when you opt into the QR Links referral programme.
How it works
You receive a personal referral link. When a person signs up through it and later pays for a plan, you earn a commission — a percentage of the net (tax-excluded) plan charge, at the rate shown on your referrals page at the time of the charge (this rate is set by us and may differ between participants).
When commissions become available
A new commission starts as pending and becomes part of your withdrawable referral balance as the billing period it was earned from elapses:
- Monthly plans — the commission matures in full once that one-month period ends.
- Annual plans — the commission is released gradually, in twelve equal monthly instalments across the year, so you do not have to wait a full year for the whole amount.
- Lifetime plans — the commission matures in full 30 days after payment.
While a commission is still pending (not yet released), it can be reduced if the referred person switches or downgrades their plan and receives an unused-time wallet credit: the proportional share of the still-pending amount for that period is deducted first. This can only ever reduce a pending amount and never touches instalments already released to you, so your withdrawable balance is never taken negative. Once an amount has matured or been released, it is yours and is not affected by later account changes.
Fair play
- Self-referrals, fake accounts, and paying for your own plans through referred accounts are prohibited;
- Spam or misleading promotion of your referral link is prohibited and also violates the Acceptable Use Policy;
- We may adjust the commission rate for future charges with notice, and may reverse commissions for refunded, fraudulent, or switched/downgraded payments as described above;
- Abuse leads to removal from the programme and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Payouts
Matured commissions can be withdrawn once your balance reaches the minimum threshold shown on your referrals page, using the payout methods offered. Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually. Where required, you are responsible for taxes on amounts you receive.
