Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 09/09/2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every link, QR code, and page you create on QR Links — including WiFi, vCard, Business Page, Menu, Appointments, Form, Link in Bio, and Digital CV content — and to any data you collect from visitors through these features. Violations lead to suspension without notice.

Orders placed from a Menu page are visitor-submitted data for the purposes of this policy: the customer details they contain — name, phone number, delivery address or table number — may be used only to prepare and fulfil that order, and never for unsolicited messaging or any other purpose the customer was not told about.

Bookings made on an Appointments page are visitor-submitted data for the purposes of this policy: the client details they contain — name, email address, phone number or intake answers — may be used only to manage that appointment, and never for unsolicited messaging or any other purpose the client was not told about.

  • Infringement of intellectual-property rights;
  • Unsolicited bulk messaging ("spam") that uses our links, or link cloaking to evade platform filters;
